About Jimmy Cupples

Jimmy Cupples is a powerhouse vocalist regarded as one of the Top 10 Best International Rock Voices on The Voice TV show. He’s featured on the soundtracks for Sunset Hills International and the Australian film Rise. And single if I had you, featured on Australian series Neighbours. Becoming an international success. A performer with great heart and an even bigger voice, Jimmy is a highlight of Australian supergroup The Filthy Animals and currently is one of the great singers from Dirty Dancing: The Show, which returns to The Round this year for a national theatre tour across Australia — paying tribute to the classic film and Patrick Swayze. He toured the USA with his original band Kings Canyon and has supported legends including Deep Purple, James Reyne, The Black Sorrows, The Badloves, Ross Wilson, and Dionne Warwick. This year Jimmy teams up with his cousin Peter Cupples for The Sounds of Soul, delivering timeless soul classics with two powerful voices from one family. He’ll soon hit the road with The Filthy Animals 70s Rock Show, bringing classic rock energy back to stages coming to Melbourne in soon.
